Purifying Your Skin from the Inside

Purifying your skin is difficult, but not impossible. A great and sensible skin care routine is the main ingredient to pure looking skin. This includes cleansing, toning, moisturizing, and exfoliating. Added treatments are also encouraged (example: eye creme and/or a facial mask).

If your having problems with your skin, such as acne or dullness, the first thing I would do as a skin analyst is to tell you to stick to a skin regime that meets with your skin's needs and to make sure your exfoliating more often. But, your skin has two sides. We obviously see the outside, but our skin starts on the inside and it absorbs what we put into our bodies.

If you'd like healthier skin starting from the inside then ask yourself these questions...

*Am I drinking enough water?
Water is the biggest purifier. Try drinking only water (with every meal) for 2 weeks and see what happens :)

*How much processed sugar do I take in?
Sugar plays havoc on our hormones. It feeds bacteria that could be living in our skin and hormones can control our pore size as well. Watch for this particularly around that time of the month.

*Do I eat a lot of foods with chemicals?
Organic food is so much better for our skin than processed food. The chemicals in processed food can dehydrate our skin (especially if it's not flushed out with water) and mess with our hormones. Eating fresh foods also allows our bodies to get the vitamins and minerals we need.

*Do I take a vitamin?
Our body doesn't get the adequate nutrition it needs. Supplementation is very important and helps all of our organs (skin is our largest organ) function properly. I started taking a Hair, Skin, and Nails vitamin by Nutrilite a week ago. It's an 100% organic line that I trust and it partners with Artistry. It has really helped my skin to recover (or heal) faster from any kind of irritation. An added bonus is the stronger and faster growing nails and hair :)

Any of my brides and pageant girls who followed these tips prior to a big event had healthier and clearer skin for their big day.

So, drink more water, eat a lot less sugar (this includes chocolate and ice cream), eat more organic/healthier foods, and take a vitamin for your skin. You will definitely see huge results by following these tips. In fact, I dare you to try them for 2 weeks. Please send me your testimonies :)
I would love to share them with my readers.

If you need a good vitamin don't hesitate to contact me for samples or you can visit my site: www.healthierlivingsolutions.info  I give 180 day money back guarantee on satisfaction. I believe in these products that much.
